Delete Your Bloomwell Account
Bloomwell is software used by childcare programs to manage their operations and communicate with families. If you are a parent, guardian, or other End User, you can request deletion of your Bloomwell account at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
In the Bloomwell App
Open the Bloomwell app and sign in
Tap More
Go to Account —> Delete Account
Follow the prompts to confirm your request
By Email
If you cannot access the app, email support@withbloomwell.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete My Account". We may need to verify your identity before completing the request
What We Delete
When your account is deleted, we delete or deactivate personal information associated with your Bloomwell login, such as:
Your account profile and login credentials
Your contact information
App preferences and notification settings
Device tokens used for push notifications
Payment methods or payment profiles we control, subject to payment processor and legal retention requirements
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained because it belongs to, or is controlled by, the childcare program that invited you to Bloomwell, or because we are required to keep it for legal, tax, accounting, security, or compliance reasons.
This may include:
Child records, attendance, activity updates, classroom information, photos, videos, messages, and other Customer Data controlled by the childcare program
Invoices, receipts, transaction history, refunds, disputes, and related financial records
Records needed to prevent fraud, protect the security of the Services, comply with law, or resolve disputes
Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you
After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access Bloomwell through that account. To request changes to your child’s records or other information controlled by your childcare program, please contact the program directly.
Timing
We generally complete account deletion requests within 30 days, unless we need additional time to verify your request, comply with legal obligations, or retain certain records as described above.
